A founding member of the 9-time Grammy Award-winning Emerson String Quartet, Philip Setzer is joined in concert by narrator Linda Setzer and DSO cellist David LeDoux for a Vignette of works for violin, narrator, and cello including Ferdinand the Bull and Bach.

P. Setzer now serves as Distinguished Professor of Violin and Chamber Music at Stony Brook University and Artistic Director of Strings Chamber Music at the Cleveland Institute of Music. L. Setzer has performed all across the East Coast and Midwest, including performances with Theatre for a New City, NYC Fringe Festival, Luna Stage, and Boar’s Head Theatre. LeDoux has appeared as a soloist with the Syracuse Symphony, the Tulsa Philharmonic, the Oklahoma State University Symphony, and the Louisiana Sinfonietta.
