"Music Meets Mindfulness"

Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival board member and long-time supporter Gail Mondry will bring her passion for yoga to the beautiful Kirk in the Hills refectory for a relaxing, 75-minute fitness experience set to the soothing sounds of the Altius Quartet. Gail's approach to yoga instruction has been shaped by her many years as a classical dancer, athlete and yoga practitioner. She draws deep from her understanding of the body to help develop strength, flexibility and optimal health. 

 

Please bring your own mat, water and towel. Class will run approximately 75-minutes. Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
