SUMMARY:Vignette: Candide Quartet
DESCRIPTION:This event is hosted by Barbara Heller & Marcy Heller Fisher \nABOUT THE VIGNETTE\nOften called “the music of friends\,” chamber music was traditionally shared in private settings among musicians\, composers\, and friends. The Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival carries this tradition forward with Vignettes—special gatherings that pair exceptional chamber music with a personal\, welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to connect with artists and fellow music lovers. \nWe invite you to join us in the beautiful home of Marcy Heller Fisher for the first Vignette of our 2026/27 season. Enjoy an afternoon with the Candide Quartet featuring music by Leonard Bernstein and W.A. Mozart\, along with selections by Perez Prado arranged by the ensemble. Following the performance\, stay for high tea and enjoy mingling with the musicians and fellow Festival friends!\n\nTICKETS & DONATIONS\nWhen you make a contribution to our Vignette Series\, you are not only immersing yourself in the remarkable artistry of world-class musicians\, but also directly supporting the Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival! Your invaluable generosity allows us to bring exceptional performers to southeast Michigan and nurture the future generation of musicians through our Shouse Institute. \nGOLD CONTRIBUTION $150\nIncludes:\nOne ticket to the Vignette\n$100 donation to GLCMF\nName recognition in the Vignette program notes \nSILVER CONTRIBUTION $100\nIncludes:\nOne ticket to the Vignette\n$50 donation to GLCMF \n
